What SheLeads Does
Online Leadership & Networking Academy
Join interactive online sessions focused on leadership, networking, and personal development. Through collaborative activities and discussions, participants explore career opportunities, European programs, and values-based leadership while becoming part of the growing SheLeads network.
SheLeads Network
The SheLeads Network is a European community connecting young women, civic actors, and nonprofit professionals to foster leadership, collaboration, and active participation in shaping the future of Europe. It provides a space for networking, mutual learning, and long-term engagement beyond the project.
Participatory BarCamp
The Participatory BarCamp brings together participants from across Europe in an interactive, discussion-driven event where ideas, experiences, and solutions are shared. Through collaborative sessions, participants contribute to shaping the SheLeads Network and co-creating the SheLeads Manifesto.
SheLeads Manifesto
The SheLeads Manifesto is a collective statement co-created by participants, presenting young women’s visions, priorities, and recommendations for the future of Europe. It amplifies diverse voices and promotes greater inclusion, equality, and democratic participation.
SheLeads Empowerment Toolkit
The SheLeads Empowerment Toolkit provides practical resources, guidance, and tools to support young women in developing leadership skills, strengthening civic engagement, and pursuing active roles within the nonprofit and civic sectors.
